Amends Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 216C.20, subdivision 3, regarding heating restrictions in commercial parking facilities.

Maintains existing prohibition on heating enclosed commercial parking structures constructed after January 1, 1978, that accommodate three or more motor vehicles.

Clarifies that incidental heating from building exhaust air is permitted if substantially all useful heat has been removed from the air before passing through the parking facility.

Provides exception allowing publicly owned parking facilities to be heated when the public parking is integrated within a facility serving both public and private uses.
