Ratifies the labor agreement between the state of Minnesota and the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, Unit 225 (Radio Communications Operators), submitted on October 29, 2015 and implemented after 30 days.

Approves the Commissioner of Management and Budget's compensation plan for unrepresented state employees, submitted on October 29, 2015.

Takes effect the day following final enactment.
