Appropriates $11,200,000 from the trunk highway bond proceeds account to the commissioner of transportation for the Trunk Highway 169 and 101st Avenue interchange project in Brooklyn Park.

Funds to be used for preliminary and final design, engineering, environmental analysis, right-of-way acquisition, and construction of the interchange.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue trunk highway bonds up to $11,200,000 to provide the appropriated funds, with proceeds deposited in the trunk highway bond proceeds account.

Bond sales conducted under Minnesota Statutes sections 167.50 to 167.52 and Minnesota Constitution article XIV, section 11, at times and amounts requested by the transportation commissioner.

Effective the day following final enactment.
