Amends boathouse lease terms at Soudan Underground Mine State Park for lands originally conveyed by United States Steel Corporation in 1965, affecting leases at Stuntz Bay.

Lease terms extended to lifetime of lessee and one-time transferable to relatives within third degree of kindred or first cousin at agreed price.

Limits number of lessees per lease to maximum two persons of legal age and caps lease amount at one-third of average market rate based on comparable private lease rates.

Requires commissioner of natural resources to issue written receipts for lease payments and prohibits cancellation except for noncompliance with lease agreement.

Directs commissioner to contact U.S.X. Corporation and local units of government regarding inclusion of specified lands in Soudan Underground Mine State Park; effective day following final enactment.
