MNsure board of directors and chief executive officer must provide information or materials requested by a Legislative Oversight Committee chairperson or at least two members within three business days of receiving the request

If unable to provide all requested information within three business days, the board or chief executive officer must notify the requesters before end of the third business day that a five-business-day extension is necessary

Board or chief executive officer may request one or more additional five-business-day extensions by notifying requesters before the current extension period ends

Commissioner of human services must respond to similar requests from the Legislative Oversight Committee regarding MNsure system and portal operations or financing related to public health care programs within the same three-business-day timeframe with identical extension provisions

Neither the MNsure board, chief executive officer, nor commissioner is required to provide data that is prohibited from sharing by other law
