Grant funds must expand construction industry exposure activities for middle and high school youth, increase multicraft curriculum offerings in high schools, and expand summer internship opportunities.

Grant funds must enhance job placement support for graduating seniors and increase young adult employment in construction while ensuring workforce diversity.

Programs and services must prioritize individuals and groups that are economically disadvantaged or historically underrepresented in construction, including women, veterans, minorities, and immigrants.
