Expands paid leave requirements for employees donating bone marrow or organs by amending Minnesota Statutes section 181.945 to apply to all employers, not just public employers.

Requires employers to grant paid leave of up to 40 work hours (combined length) for employees undergoing medical procedures to donate bone marrow or donate an organ or partial organ to another person.

Allows employers to verify the purpose and length of requested leave through physician certification, and protects employees from forfeiting paid leave if they are medically determined not to qualify as donors.

Permits employers to provide additional leave beyond the 40-hour minimum if agreed upon, and does not affect other employment benefits or rights.

Repeals Minnesota Statutes section 181.9456 (the previous organ donation leave provision that applied only to public employers with 20+ employees).
