Amends Laws 1994, chapter 643, section 15, subdivision 8 to allocate $13,016,000 in trunk highway fund appropriations to the commissioner of transportation for facility projects statewide.

Funds 19 specific trunk highway facility projects including fire sprinkler systems, storage buildings, truck stations, weigh scales, and rest areas across Minnesota.

Requires the commissioner to convey the newly remodeled Burlington Northern train depot in Floodwood (converted into a safety information center and rest area) to the city of Floodwood for no or nominal consideration after project completion.

Specifies that the city of Floodwood shall thereafter operate and maintain the conveyed rest area facility.

Authorizes the commissioner to use balance funds from previous appropriations for weigh station construction at Moorhead on Interstate Highway 94.
