Allows used motor vehicle dealers to sell vehicles on Sundays at automotive shows up to four times per calendar year, with sales limited to five consecutive days including Sunday and requiring dealer authorization from show organizers.

Permits sales of specific vehicle types (those eligible for certain plate categories under sections 168.10 and 168.105) on Sundays at automotive shows if the dealer notifies the commissioner prior to each event.

Authorizes new and used motor vehicle dealers to establish temporary places of business outside their licensed county to sell recreational vehicles up to four times per year for no more than 12 consecutive days, or to sell horse trailers without additional licensing.

Allows used motor vehicle dealers to operate temporary sales locations outside their licensed county at automotive shows for specified vehicle types without obtaining an additional license.

Sundays sales provisions and temporary location allowances expire July 31, 2019.
