Appropriates $6,000,000 from bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Keewatin for wastewater infrastructure improvements.

Funding covers demolition of an existing wastewater treatment facility and construction of new wastewater treatment ponds in the city of Nashwauk.

Includes funding for wastewater infrastructure to connect Keewatin's collection system to the newly constructed treatment ponds in Nashwauk.

Grant is contingent on Keewatin and project partners committing at least an equal amount ($6,000,000) from nonstate sources.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $6,000,000 to fund the appropriation, with terms prescribed by Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and the Minnesota Constitution.
