Appropriates $800,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Cannon Falls for sanitary sewer bridge replacement.

Funding covers demolition and removal of the existing bridge and sewer pipe, plus construction and installation of a force main under the Cannon River bed, pumping station, and associated infrastructure.

Appropriation is contingent upon the commissioner of management and budget determining that sufficient non-state funding has been committed to complete the project.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $800,000 to provide the appropriated funds, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and the Minnesota Constitution.

Effective the day following final enactment.
