Adds exemption from health regulations for food served at fund-raisers or community events conducted by faith-based organizations in their buildings or on their grounds.

Requires that a certified food manager or volunteer trained in a food safety course must train food preparation workers in safe food handling practices for the exemption to apply.

Exemption does not apply to faith-based organizations at state agricultural society or county fairs, or to faith-based organizations that choose to apply for a license.

Also adds new exemption for food served at fund-raisers or community events conducted by members of the Amish or Mennonite community at town halls, community centers, or similar facilities.
