Commissioner of Public Safety shall revise the city of New Brighton's appointment to operate as a full-service driver licensing office located in New Brighton city hall.

Exempts the appointment from Minnesota Statutes section 171.061, Minnesota Rules part 7404.0300 subpart 3, and county board appointment procedures under Minnesota Rules part 7404.0350.

All other provisions regarding driver's license agent appointment and operation under Minnesota Statutes section 171.061 and Minnesota Rules chapter 7404 remain applicable.

Commissioner must complete the appointment within two weeks of receiving an appointment application pursuant to the commissioner's established procedures.
