Prohibits use of tobacco, tobacco-related devices, and electronic cigarettes in all areas of Minnesota professional sports stadiums, including playing fields, dugouts, locker rooms, spectator seating, bathrooms, dining areas, and vendor areas, but excludes surface parking lots.

Defines "sports stadium" as a facility or ballpark where a Minnesota-based professional sports team plays its home games.

Establishes petty misdemeanor penalties for stadium proprietors or entities that knowingly fail to comply with the prohibition and for individuals who use tobacco or electronic cigarettes in prohibited areas.

Prohibits retaliation against employees or others who report violations in good faith to stadium management, health officials, or other enforcement authorities.

Amends state tobacco control policy to include protecting children from normalization of tobacco use alongside existing protections against secondhand smoke.
