Requires applicants for driver's licenses and Minnesota identification cards to acknowledge they have read and understand the notice required under section 13.04, subdivision 2 (Tennessen warning notice)

Adds a mandatory acknowledgment space to license and identification card applications where applicants must confirm understanding of the Tennessen notice

Applies to all applications for driver's licenses or Minnesota identification cards submitted on or after August 1, 2016

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 171.06, subdivision 3, to add the acknowledgment requirement as clause (8) of application contents
