Requires applicants to provide evidence of a current valid license in another state without disciplinary history and a current criminal background study without disqualifying convictions

Temporary licenses are valid for six months to two years depending on profession, during which applicants must complete full licensure applications and meet remaining requirements for permanent licensing

Sets temporary license fees at $250 for most professions and establishes specific fee schedules for barbers ($85 for registered barbers, $180 for instructors, $80 for apprentices)

Permits temporary podiatric medicine licensees six months to comply with in-person board appearance requirements after completing all other application requirements
