Prohibits selling pesticides labeled for restricted use over the Internet to Minnesota residents who are not licensed or certified pesticide applicators

Requires sellers of restricted use pesticides over the Internet to verify that purchasers are licensed or certified pesticide applicators under sections 18B.29 to 18B.35

Maintains existing requirement that restricted use pesticides may only be used by persons with required license or certification under conditions prescribed by the commissioner

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 18B.30
