Appropriates $150,000 from the clean water fund in fiscal year 2016 and $150,000 in fiscal year 2017 to the Pollution Control Agency for grants to the Red River Watershed Management Board.

Funds are designated to enhance and expand existing water quality and watershed monitoring river watch activities in schools along the Red River of the North.

Red River Watershed Management Board must submit a report to the Pollution Control Agency commissioner and relevant legislative committees by February 15, 2017, detailing how the appropriation was spent.
