Amends Minnesota Statutes to require school districts to report teacher and principal evaluation results annually by October 1 to the Board of Teaching and Board of School Administrators, effective July 1, 2016.

School districts must report performance categories for teachers and principals who completed probationary periods and accepted continuing contract positions, including licensure areas and relevant preparation programs.

School districts must report information about teachers and principals released or not renewed during probationary years, including their licensure areas and preparation programs.

The Board of Teaching and Board of School Administrators must publish cumulative summary results of three years of evaluation data on their websites by December 31, 2018, and annually thereafter, broken down by preparation program where statistically reliable.

Expands school performance reports required under Minnesota Statutes section 120B.36 to include the number of teachers and principals in each performance category on summative evaluations.
