Commissioner of Education must prepare and submit a written report to the education policy and finance committees by February 15, 2016, on concurrent enrollment courses under Minnesota Statutes, section 124D.09, subdivision 10

Report must include for each concurrent enrollment course: differences in syllabus, final exam, and grading scale compared to the sponsoring higher education institution's equivalent course

Report must document student eligibility requirements, course prerequisites, and the frequency at which courses are offered

Report must identify all higher education institutions that have accepted or denied transferring the course for college credit

Costs of preparing the report must be paid from the Department of Education and participating higher education institutions' current operating budgets
