Amends Minnesota Statutes section 624.71 to permit federally licensed importers, manufacturers, dealers, and collectors to sell firearms and ammunition to residents of any state where lawful under the federal Gun Control Act of 1968 (Public Law 90-618), removing the previous limitation to contiguous states.

Allows Minnesota residents to purchase firearms and ammunition in any state where such sale is lawful under the federal Gun Control Act of 1968, expanding the previous restriction to contiguous states only.

Changes the applicability standard from "contiguous state" to "any state" in both subdivisions governing firearm sales to non-residents and purchases by Minnesota residents.
