Appropriates $9,635,000 in fiscal year 2015 from the general fund to the commissioner of public safety for transfer to the disaster contingency account.

Transfers any unexpended appropriations from Laws 2011, chapter 113, article 2, section 2, and Laws 2011, First Special Session chapter 7, article 10, section 5, to the disaster assistance contingency account.

Cancels $12,865,000 of unexpended general fund appropriations from Laws 2012, First Special Session chapter 1 to the general fund.

Appropriates $3,000,000 to the commissioner of transportation in fiscal year 2015 to provide 20 percent local match funding for Federal Highway Administration emergency relief funds to repair roads and bridges damaged by June 2014 flooding.

Appropriates $2,476,000 to the Board of Water and Soil Resources in fiscal year 2015 for erosion, sediment, and water quality control projects in areas designated under Presidential Declaration of Major Disaster FEMA-4182-DR, available until June 30, 2018.
