Amends Minnesota Statutes section 124D.09 to allow 9th and 10th grade students to enroll in concurrent enrollment world language courses at eligible postsecondary institutions.

Previously only 11th and 12th grade students could apply for concurrent enrollment courses; 9th and 10th graders were excluded except under specific circumstances.

Permits 9th and 10th grade enrollment in world language courses without the usual requirement that 11th and 12th grade students first have priority.

Requires institutions to notify the student, school or school district, and commissioner within ten days of accepting a secondary pupil for enrollment, specifying the course and hours.

Applies to students enrolled in Minnesota school districts or American Indian-controlled tribal contract or grant schools eligible for aid under section 124D.83, with exception for foreign exchange program participants.
