Expands the definition of "current or recent position of authority" to include anyone with duty or responsibility for a child's health, welfare, or supervision within 120 days before the act, effective August 1, 2015

Adds "position of authority" as a criminal element for first-degree and second-degree sexual conduct offenses involving minors ages 13-15 who are more than 48 months younger than the actor

Extends third-degree sexual conduct offenses to include actors ages 16-17 in a current or recent position of authority over minors ages 16-17 who are more than 48 months younger

Extends fourth-degree sexual conduct offenses to include actors in a current or recent position of authority over minors ages 13-15 who are more than 48 months younger

Adds psychotherapists to the definition of "position of authority" for purposes of criminal sexual conduct statutes; applies retroactively to crimes committed on or after August 1, 2015
