Extends the expiration date of the Farmer-Lender Mediation Act from June 30, 2016 to June 30, 2018.

Affects Minnesota Statutes sections covering farmer-lender mediation, secured transactions, and related agricultural lending provisions.

Repeals Laws 2015, First Special Session chapter 4, article 2, section 81, which would have extended the act until June 30, 2017 if the legislature did not meet in regular session during calendar year 2016.

Becomes effective the day following final enactment.
