Amends Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 13.69, subdivision 1, regarding data privacy classifications for the Department of Public Safety

Authorizes release of non-medical data on disability certificate holders under section 169.345 to parking enforcement employees or parking enforcement agents of statutory or home rule charter cities and towns for enforcement purposes

Permits release of data necessary for enforcement of sections 169.345 and 169.346 to parking enforcement personnel, while maintaining medical data as private

Data that are not medical in nature may continue to be released to law enforcement agencies as previously authorized

Becomes effective the day following final enactment
