Removes the compact framework that governed cooperative supervision of delinquent juveniles on probation or parole across state lines.

Eliminates provisions for the return of delinquent juveniles who have escaped or absconded from one state to another.

Removes the requirement for Minnesota to designate a compact administrator (commissioner of corrections) to coordinate juvenile supervision with other states.

Eliminates the state's authority to receive and supervise juvenile probationers and parolees from other states under the interstate compact.
