Amends Minnesota Statutes sections 13.607 and 204B.21 to permit sharing of election judge party affiliation information among election judges.

Makes the major political party affiliation of an election judge, or a statement that the judge does not affiliate with a major political party, accessible to other individuals appointed to serve as election judges in the same precinct for the same election.

Exempts election judge party affiliation data from the confidentiality protections otherwise established in section 13.43 of Minnesota Statutes.

Introduced January 15, 2015, and referred to the Judiciary Committee with a recommendation to pass as amended and re-refer to Rules and Administration on January 29, 2015.
