School boards must publish annual reports on student achievement goals, assessment outcomes, and curriculum improvement plans in local newspapers, by mail, or on district websites

School boards shall hold annual public meetings to review and revise student achievement goals, local assessment outcomes, and improvement plans related to the "world's best workforce" initiative

Districts are prohibited from submitting reports to the commissioner except as specified in this section or as required to calculate pupil units, revenues, aids, and levies

School boards must transmit an electronic summary of their report to the commissioner in the form and manner the commissioner determines

The effective date is July 1, 2016
