Changes terminology throughout Minnesota statutes from "osteopath" and "osteopathy" to "osteopathic physician" and "osteopathic medicine" to reflect current professional designations.

Modifies licensure examination requirements for osteopathic physicians to accept Comprehensive Osteopathic Medical Licensing Examination (COMLEX-USA) alongside existing examination options.

Allows Minnesota Osteopathic Medical Society to recommend osteopathic physician candidates for board appointments using updated terminology.

Directs the Revisor of Statutes to systematically replace outdated terminology throughout Minnesota Statutes and Rules with current osteopathic medicine terminology.
