Amends Minnesota Statutes section 626.558 to explicitly include children's advocacy centers as potential members of multidisciplinary child protection teams established by counties.

Defines "community-based agency" to specifically list children's advocacy centers alongside schools, social service agencies, family service and mental health collaboratives, Head Start, and early childhood programs.

Allows children's advocacy centers to participate in case consultation committees that review cases and make service recommendations for children and families.

Adds statutory definition of "children's advocacy center" as an organization using multidisciplinary teams to provide abuse victims and their nonoffending family members with support and advocacy, specialized medical evaluation, trauma-focused mental health services, and forensic interviews.

Specifies that children's advocacy centers provide multidisciplinary case review and tracking and monitoring of case progress.
