Requires school staff to honor students' DNR (Do Not Resuscitate), DNI (Do Not Intubate), and AND (Allow Natural Death) orders during medical emergencies.

Defines DNR orders as withholding CPR or advanced cardiac life support, DNI orders as withholding breathing tube placement, and AND orders as withholding CPR, breathing tubes, artificial feeding and fluids, and other life-prolonging treatments while allowing comfort measures.

Applies to all school staff providing health services including licensed school nurses, teachers, paraprofessionals, administrative staff, and contracted health care professionals.

Requires parents or legal guardians to submit physician-signed DNR-DNI-AND orders to the school and resubmit annually; schools must maintain copies in student education records, health office, and with assigned paraprofessionals.

Mandates school staff immediately notify emergency medical personnel of DNR-DNI-AND directives and provide a copy of the order when emergency services are called.
