Amends Laws 2010, chapter 207 to extend the expiration date of Richfield's response time residency requirement for firefighters from seven years to December 31, 2026

Allows the city of Richfield to impose a minimum ten-minute response time residency requirement on firefighters hired after the requirement's effective date

Residency requirement applies only to firefighters during their first ten years of employment or until the section expires, whichever occurs earlier

Requirement does not apply to firefighters hired before the effective date of the residency requirement

Requires that response time cannot be less than ten minutes
