Amends Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 327.14, subdivision 8, to add a new exemption to the definition of "recreational camping area"

Excludes privately owned areas used for camping no more than once per year and for no longer than seven consecutive days by members of a private club where members pay annual dues

Adds this exemption as item (8) to the existing list of seven exemptions from recreational camping area regulations

Takes effect the day following final enactment
