Amends Laws 2015, First Special Session chapter 3, article 3, section 15, subdivision 3 to clarify that reimbursement applies to college entrance examinations generally, not only the ACT test.

Authorizes $3,011,000 in funding for fiscal year 2016 and $3,011,000 for fiscal year 2017 to reimburse districts for college entrance examination fees.

Directs the Department of Education to reimburse school districts for one-time payments made on behalf of students who qualify under Minnesota Statutes, section 120B.30, subdivision 1, paragraph (e).
