Creates civil cause of action for nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images when image is shared without consent, depicts sexual act or exposed intimate parts, person is identifiable, and was obtained with reasonable expectation of privacy.

Establishes civil cause of action for nonconsensual sexual solicitation when someone uses another's personal information to solicit sexual acts without consent and knows it will cause harassment, fear, or intimidation.

Allows courts to award general and special damages, profits from dissemination, civil penalties up to $10,000, court costs, and attorney fees; may issue injunctions and assess civil fines up to $1,000 per day for violations.

Creates criminal offense for intentional dissemination of private sexual images as gross misdemeanor, with enhanced penalties up to 3 years imprisonment and $5,000 fine if victim suffers financial loss, actor profited, or other aggravating factors present.

Amends stalking statute to include nonconsensual sexual solicitation as stalking crime and expands qualified domestic violence-related offenses to include nonconsensual dissemination of sexual images; effective August 1, 2016.
