Appropriates $500,000 in fiscal year 2017 to the commissioner of human services for statewide youth outreach workers connecting exploited youth with shelter and services

Appropriates $2,000,000 in fiscal year 2017 to the commissioner of health for trauma-informed, culturally specific services for exploited youth

Appropriates $800,000 in fiscal year 2017 to the commissioner of health for statewide training, protocol implementation, and program evaluation related to identifying and serving sexually exploited youth
