Includes prevention of gang involvement and self-destructive behavior through radicalization awareness, positive law enforcement interaction, and conflict resolution within spiritual and cultural frameworks.

Activities may be provided in collaboration with law enforcement, public agencies, interfaith organizations, nonprofits, and East African community organizations.
