Creates a minimum revenue guarantee for low revenue school districts as part of the general education revenue formula in Minnesota Statutes section 126C.10.

A district's minimum revenue guarantee equals adjusted pupil units multiplied by the greater of zero or the difference between $1,850 and the district's per-pupil general education component revenue.

Revenue under the minimum revenue guarantee cannot exceed $100 times the district's adjusted pupil units in any year.

Effective for fiscal year 2017 and later.
