Authorizes lifetime game and fish license information to be displayed on Minnesota driver's licenses and identification cards as a written designation.

Requires the Department of Public Safety to maintain electronic records from the Commissioner of Natural Resources identifying residents issued lifetime licenses, including name, date of birth, license category, and license number.

Allows persons possessing a valid driver's license or identification card with lifetime license designation to satisfy license possession requirements instead of carrying the physical license.

Permits unmatched lifetime license records to be deleted after seven years and allows the department to accept a copy of the issued license as proof if information has not yet been transmitted.

Effective January 1, 2018, or upon implementation of the Minnesota Licensing and Registration System (MNLARS), whichever occurs first.
