Prohibits drug manufacturers, wholesale drug distributors, and their agents from offering discounts, rebates, product vouchers, or other out-of-pocket expense reductions for prescription drugs with AB-rated generic equivalents as determined by the FDA

Applies to all forms of discounts including direct payments, electronic discounts, mail-in rebates, and reductions offered at point of sale by prescribers or pharmacies

Does not restrict how drug manufacturers distribute prescription drugs or affect prescriber and pharmacist obligations under Minnesota Statute 151.21

Adds new section 151.465 to Minnesota Statutes, chapter 151
