Amends the definition of "sex" in Minnesota's Human Rights Act to specify that a person's sex is either male or female as biologically defined.

Exempts employer facilities including restrooms, locker rooms, and dressing rooms from sexual orientation nondiscrimination protections, requiring access be based on biological sex.

Exempts public facilities such as restrooms, locker rooms, and dressing rooms from sex and sexual orientation nondiscrimination provisions, with access reserved for males or females as biologically defined.

Prohibits employers from permitting access to restrooms, locker rooms, and dressing rooms on any basis other than biological sex, except for single-occupancy facilities and specified emergency or disability accommodations.

Requires public schools and universities to restrict access to restrooms, locker rooms, and dressing rooms used by minor students to biological sex, with exceptions for young children with adult guardians, disabled persons, and emergency personnel.
