SF3031 - Controlled Substances Schedules Modifications

• Amends Minnesota Statutes sections 152.02, subdivisions 2 and 5, to modify Schedule I and Schedule IV controlled substances listings.

• Adds acetyl fentanyl, N-(1-Phenethylpiperidin-4-yl)-N-phenylacetamide, to Schedule I opiates list as item (56).

• Adds methoxyketamine (2-MeO-2-deschloroketamine) to Schedule I central nervous system depressants list as item (5).

• Expands Schedule I hallucinogens list with 25 additional synthetic substances including 2C compounds, tryptamine derivatives, NBOMe compounds, and phenethylamines (items 32-71).

• Adds eluxadoline and three new synthetic cannabinoids (MAB-CHMINACA, ADB-PINACA, and FUB-PB-22) to Schedule IV narcotic drugs and synthetic cannabinoids categories.
