$5,000,000 appropriated from bond proceeds fund to Minnesota Housing Finance Agency for grant to Minneapolis Public Housing Authority for Glendale Townhomes renovation.

Renovation scope includes interior and exterior renovation, site work, and major system infrastructure improvements.

Appropriation is contingent on commitment of at least an equal amount ($5,000,000) from nonstate sources.

Commissioner of management and budget authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $5,000,000 to fund the appropriation.

Effective the day following final enactment.
