Commissioner of Natural Resources shall exchange school trust land in Kittson County (South Half, Section 12, Township 161 North, Range 45 West) for land of equal or greater value owned by the Two Rivers Watershed District, with Land Exchange Board approval.

Attorney General shall approve the conveyance form and may make necessary corrections to the legal description.

Commissioner shall make recommendations within six months after project environmental assessment completion regarding disposition of acquired wildlife management area land included in the Klondike comprehensive water management project.

Commissioner of Natural Resources and Two Rivers Watershed District shall implement a cooperative rich fen management plan providing for long-term enhancement and protection of the rich fen as part of the project.

All requirements must be completed by December 31, 2017, or as provided in the Klondike preliminary project plan approved by the Two Rivers Watershed District, whichever occurs later.
