Appropriates $11,200,000 from the trunk highway bond proceeds account to the commissioner of transportation for the interchange project at Trunk Highway 169 and 101st Avenue in Brooklyn Park.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $11,200,000 to provide funding for the appropriation.

Funds will cover preliminary and final design, engineering, environmental analysis, right-of-way acquisition, and construction of the interchange.

Bond proceeds, excluding accrued interest and premiums, must be deposited in the trunk highway fund bond proceeds account.

Legislation becomes effective the day following final enactment.
