Eliminates the preauthorization requirement for compound drugs under the No-Fault Automobile Insurance Act by removing language that prohibited dispensing compound drugs without prior approval from the reparation obligor.

Establishes reimbursement methodology for compound drugs by listing each ingredient with its National Drug Code number and calculating charges separately for each drug.

Sets reimbursement at the sum of fees for each ingredient with an assigned National Drug Code number plus a single dispensing fee of $4.18.

Applies to prescription drugs filled and dispensed outside licensed pharmacies, with pricing based on average wholesale price from Medispan, Redbook, or Gold Standard Drug Database.

Becomes effective the day following final enactment.
