Appropriates $1,100,000 from bond proceeds fund to the Board of Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities for design of phases 2 and 3 of the College Services building renovation at Normandale Community College

Covers design costs for renovation of the first floor of the College Services building and site improvements addressing Americans with Disabilities Act compliance and storm water management issues

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $1,100,000 to fund the appropriation

Bond issuance governed by Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7
