Allows hunters and trappers to wear blaze pink in addition to blaze orange when hunting deer during firearm season, including camouflage patterns with at least 50 percent blaze pink per foot square.

Permits blaze pink as an alternative to blaze orange for small game hunting (excluding turkey, migratory birds, raccoons, and predators), with at least one visible article of clothing above the waist required.

Authorizes the commissioner of natural resources to prescribe alternative colors by rule when blaze orange or blaze pink requirements would violate the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993.

Violations of small game blaze pink/orange requirements result in a safety warning only, with no penalty imposed.

Directs the commissioner to amend Minnesota Rules parts 6232.2500, 6232.2550, 6232.2560, 6232.3700, and 6232.4400 to implement blaze pink provisions, using expedited good cause rulemaking procedures.
