Amends Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 116J.431, subdivision 1a to modify the greater Minnesota business development public infrastructure grant program.

Expands the definition of "city" to specifically include the city of Cannon Falls along with statutory or home rule charter cities located outside the metropolitan area.

Defines "county" as a county located outside the metropolitan area as defined in section 473.121, subdivision 2.

Defines "public infrastructure" to include publicly owned physical infrastructure supporting economic development projects such as sewers, water systems, utility extensions, streets, wastewater treatment systems, storm water management systems, and phosphorus removal facilities.
